It’s been an amazing weekend so far and I haven’t been able to stop listening to this. It’s a way decent mash-up to say the least.
Getting my concert season started a little later than ‘11, but went to see Gotye earlier this week with some of my best girlfriends and just bought tickets to see Edward Sharpe come May. Hell yeah.
For anyone looking to hear really good new music, look no further. Poliça’s album Give You the Ghost has to be the best thing that has fallen on my ears in a while and, in my opinion, the first band to get vocoding done right. Hell, it’s only March and this album is probably still going to be on my top ten of the year come December. Put this track on with the object of your affection and dare them to not want to make out with you.
Have the Oscar red carpet shindig on mute while listening to this because it sure as hell beats the senseless blathering coming out of these celebrities.
